I consider med balls just another tool for getting your heart rate up, burning calories and also a good way to improve athleticism and explosiveness. In this video, Ken goes over eight medicine ball exercises focusing on the major muscle groups of the body. You can perform these exercises in circuit fashion, I recommend 10-30 seconds per exercises depending on your level. You can also add these movements to your current workout routine.
